Soul Hub records first-party product telemetry such as views, searches, copies, downloads, sanitizer event types, payment events, and crawler hits.
Raw private uploads are used to provide scanning, cleaning, draft, or private vault functionality. Sensitive raw matches are not stored in telemetry.
Published SOUL.md files are public and may be accessed by humans, crawlers, search engines, and AI agents through raw Markdown and JSON endpoints.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Soul Hub stores payment state and entitlement records required to complete the Verified Publish workflow.
